Yenny Esperanza Bermudez Tapia, co-founder of Finca El Paraíso Villa Esperanza, born in Bolívar Cauca, is the eldest sister of 4 brothers who started a new lifestyle thanks to coffee.
Finca El Paraiso Villa Esperanza was acquired in 2009 with the aim of generating a family business by integrating new generations. The farm has an extension of 27 hectares (270,000 m2) and is located at 1,700 meters above sea level, in the municipality of Tambo, Corregimiento de las Piedras, El Marquez, 28 km from the city of Popayan, from 10 km from the municipal seat of Tambo Cauca.

Shipping 

We use Evri for all our deliveries in the UK and also internationally.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our cafe in Leicester. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00 - 16:00 every day. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at iqbal@thecoffeeobsessive.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
