Size
Designed based on an octagon, OCT features clean lines and beautiful contour. It is filled with subtle details that ensure comfort in brewing and drinking coffee. The rim of the brewer draws a large curve, creating a distinctive silhouette. The brewer can be held easily without a handle, and is designed so that placing and removing the paper filter is simple. The handle of the cup and jug look sharp yet is comfortable to hold, and the rim of the cup is thin yet smooth on the mouth. With elegant texture and form, they are perfect for displaying as interior items when not in use.

Care Instructions

Use only for its intended purposes. Do not overheat in the microwave or heat without water. Do not use on a direct fire. Wash with care. Do not use abrasive cleansers or steel wool. Sudden temperature change may break or shatter the product. While the glass is hot, do not pour cold liquids into it and do not place it on a wet cloth or a wet surface. Product size and shape varies in each item due to manufacturing process. The marks on the jug are the reference points for 300ml and 600ml.

We use Evri for all our deliveries in the UK and also internationally.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our cafe in Leicester. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00 - 16:00 every day. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at iqbal@thecoffeeobsessive.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
