Fazenda Minamihara
The name of Fazenda Minamihara comes from the surname of the Japanese family that arrived in Brazil as immigrants in the 1930s to work in the coffee industry. They started producing in the state of Parana and then, in 1973, moved to the municipality of Cristais Paulista, in the region of Franca, in the state of São Paulo, which presented several favorable conditions for coffee cultivation.

Fazenda Minamihara is committed to producing high quality coffees, investing in new technologies and seeking more sustainable production methods. An efficient harvesting and post-harvest selection process allows us to separate the highest quality coffees to offer to customers who appreciate the flavor and originality of their coffee.

Shipping 

We use Evri for all our deliveries in the UK and also internationally.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our cafe in Leicester. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00 - 16:00 every day. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at iqbal@thecoffeeobsessive.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
