Care Instructions

Do not use in a microwave. When using a dishwasher, please store products in the upper basket to avoid application of force and weight as they may cause distortions. When cleaning, please rinse thoroughly so that no detergent remains and be careful not to leave foam spray type detergents on for a long time. Chemical substances in detergents may cause cracks in the surface. Do not use abrasive cleansers or steel wool. Do not place near open flames. Do not pour in boiling water. Some products may have thin lines on the surface due to plastic manufacturing process. Some products may have roughness on the surface due to the polishing process to remove sharp parts.

Shipping 

We use Evri for all our deliveries in the UK and also internationally.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our cafe in Leicester. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9:00 - 16:00 every day. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at iqbal@thecoffeeobsessive.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
